Get Ready…  our mobile app and bill pay are getting an upgrade! What do you need to do?

What do you have to do for the mobile app?  Go to the Apple store or Google Play store on or after January 22, 2024; search for Bluff View Bank Mobile and download the new app.  That’s it!  That’s all!

Use the same Credentials.  Log in to the new app once with your existing Online Banking User ID and password.  After that you’re good to go.

Bill Pay.  Can still be accessed the same way through online banking or the mobile app.  All your current payees will be transferred over to the new platform, with one exception…  if a current payee does not have a full mailing address it will be deleted.  Be sure to log into your bill pay account before January 22, 2024 and add it to ensure conversion.

Pay-A-Person Feature.  This feature will no longer be available within Bill Pay.  Prior to the conversion date be sure to keep a record of any of these types of payments you have set up.  This feature will be replaced by Zelle®.

Zelle®.  Will be available within online banking and the mobile app.  You can easily and instantly send money to, and receive money from, people and small businesses through Zelle®.  Unlike the legacy bill pay system, the payments can be sent immediately.  No more 2-day wait! Payments will still be able to be scheduled for a future date and set on a recurring basis.

The upgraded systems will be easier to use and provide greater functionality.
