Yes. Since your eStatement is located on our HomeBank server, your statement is behind a firewall and is transmitted to your internet browser using the latest 128 bit SSL Internet encryption. eStatements are more secure than mailed statements, reducing the risk of loss or theft.
eStatements are stored in your online banking for two years.
No – you can have either a paper statement or an eStatement, but not both.
You can go back to receiving paper statements by going into your Online Banking services for eStatements and uncheck the accounts previously checkmarked or contact us for assistance.
